The Blue Diamond Stakes field and barrier draw have now been released and a field of 20 runners will take to the turf at Caulfield this week for the $600,000 Group 1 race to see who the champion 2yo is.

Next in betting is The Travelling Man ($10.00) who won the listed Preview back here on Australia Day. This will be his first run at 1200m but he looks primed. Jimando ($13.00) won the listed Debutants Stakes ahead of The Travelling Man and looks a good value bet.
No Looking Back ($13.00) brings with her interstate form running second in the Magic Millions 2yo Plate and a win on debut at Warwick Farm. Armed For Action ($13.00) is undefeated in two starts and is coming off a win in the listed Queen Adelaide Stakes.
Of the other chances, Formidable is an impressive young filly who is more than capable, as is Mama’s Choice who won her only start in the Chairman’s Stakes. She beat Formidable and Jimando that day so she is one to watch.
